February 1, 2010 - Please note that our Mutare subscribers are down due to an upstream problem. Telco - Wimax clients are also down due to problem at the Base station. We will advise you once we are up and running.

November 24, 2009 - Please be advised that there will be temporary UHF outage on Tuesday the 24th of November 2009 from 2000Hrs to around 0100Hrs. This is to allow essential maintenance on the UHF platform in order to improve service delivery. Please note that this disruption will only affect UHF customers on the old 600MHz platform. Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.

November 19, 2009 - Please note that there is no power at Zimdef House - Bulawayo,so so it has affected all our Bulawayo clients. We hope to have the problem rectified soon. Any inconvinience caused is sincerely regretted

October 6, 2009 - Please be advised that we have been experiencing some routing problems to sites hosted by Internet Solutions in South Africa. This problem, affecting mail and browsing started late last week and has been intermittent. This has resulted in mail delays to and from South Africa and South African sites. In the interim we have implemented a temporary solution that should allow for a better flow of mail.
